Who we are
FEL is a design practice led by Felipe Souza, Creative Director and Designer. I work independently, bringing together creators and specialists when needed to meet each client’s challenge.

Approach
Following the Double Diamond method, the process moves through two stages of exploration and focus: the first builds an understanding of the brand and defines a clear direction; the second explores visual possibilities, then refines and delivers the selected identity.
DriveGuru remains the client’s main contact and supplies approved content, references and consolidated feedback. byFel develops the identity; DriveGuru carries it into website design, development, app integration and launch.
ADiscover
A.1Agency brief review
Review the supplied questionnaire, existing creator content and project goals with DriveGuru. DriveGuru leads kickoff and client communication; no separate research interviews are included.

BStrategy
B.1Brand direction framework
byFel provides a structured template covering purpose, audience, differentiators, brand personality and visual references. DriveGuru completes it using the client’s existing information and kickoff findings.
One brief review of the completed framework is included to align the visual direction. Independent research and the development of a full brand strategy are outside scope.

CDesign
C.1One visual identity direction
One creative direction with up to two typographic variations within the same concept. Develop one selected variation into the final wordmark, in colour and monochrome. Where it supports the chosen direction, one core brand element, such as a graphic device or pattern, may be included with simple usage guidance. One consolidated revision round across the identity is included. A separate original symbol and additional concepts are excluded.

C.2Essential colour palette
One focused colour palette with HEX and RGB values for digital use, aligned with the selected visual direction. Extensive colour systems and print production specifications are excluded.

C.3Headline and body font pairing
One headline and body font pairing, shown on the simple usage sheet. Font licences are purchased separately where required. Custom typeface development is excluded.

DDeliver
D.1Figma files and simple usage sheet
Deliver the final selected wordmark, colour palette, font pairing and any included core brand element in an organised editable Figma file shared with DriveGuru after final payment. Includes SVG, PDF and transparent PNG exports for the wordmark and any included core brand element, plus one simple usage sheet. A comprehensive brand manual, social templates and UI components are excluded.

How we work
- 1.
Approval principle
Every phase ends with your approval. We only move forward once the direction is signed off.
- 2.
Strategy framework
byFel supplies a structured template covering purpose, audience, differentiators, personality and visual references. DriveGuru completes it using the client’s existing information and kickoff findings. One brief review is included to align the visual direction.
- 3.
One creative direction
One visual direction with up to two typographic variations within the same concept. DriveGuru selects one variation for refinement and final delivery. One core brand element, such as a graphic device or pattern, may be included where it supports the selected direction. Alternative concepts and a separate original symbol are outside scope.
- 4.
One revision round
One consolidated set of adjustments to the presented direction, collected and approved by DriveGuru. A new concept or changes to approved inputs require a separate quote.
- 5.
Agency coordination
DriveGuru provides the approved name, complete brief, completed framework and references before design begins. One agency contact consolidates all stakeholder feedback.
- 6.
Written approval
DriveGuru approves the visual direction and final identity in writing. Feedback is requested within two working days; delayed feedback shifts the schedule.
Timeline
The project is estimated to take eight weeks, from October 26 to December 18, 2026, with flexibility for mutually agreed schedule adjustments, provided that completion remains within two weeks of the planned final delivery date.
